Retreat Day Programme

In the Grimsdale Meeting Rooms, Moat House

These are arranged throughout the year, but mostly during the summer in order that visitors can take advantage of the peaceful grounds and gardens, and hopefully, warmer weather.

Costs: Free admission; lunch £5.00, payable on the day. Lunch is optional, in that some people might choose to come just for the morning or the afternoon, but, for catering purposes, please let us know in advance if you would like lunch.

Programme for the day

  • 10.30 Refreshments
  • 11.00 Welcome and introduction, followed by a Meditation.
    Then, weather permitting, please enjoy the gardens and share your views and beliefs with us.
    Healing will be available.
  • 1.00 Lunch: in the garden, weather permitting.
  • 2.30 A talk.
  • 3.30 Refreshments.
  • 3.45 Question and Answer Panel – on any subject.
  • 4.45 Close of day. Healing available.
