Those attending the day are invited to a session of meditation in the morning with an introduction to the methods we use and spirit recommend. The morning is then followed by a lunch and visitors are then free to take in the peace of the gardens, discuss spiritual matters or share their beliefs and interests with others. There are always members of the foundation available to help with any questions or personal concerns. The afternoon comprises a 1 hour lecture with a break for tea, followed by a question and answer session on any subject that is of interest.

The cost for the day is £5, including a generous lunch and teas, coffees, etc. Please contact
us to book a place.
>If you would like to skip lunch and come for either the morning or afternoon session there is no charge for this, but please still let us know so that we have an idea of numbers.
