Those attending the day are invited to a session of meditation in the morning with an introduction to the methods we use and spirit recommend. There is then a brief talk and discussion. Visitors are then free to take in the peace of the gardens, discuss spiritual matters or share their beliefs and interests with others followed by lunch. The afternoon comprises a 1 hour workshop with a short break, followed by a discussion of the day's topics. There are always members of the foundation available to help with any questions or personal concerns. Free spiritual healing is always available throughout the day.
