Retreat Days

Retreat Days

These are arranged throughout the year, but mostly during the summer in order that visitors can take advantage of the peaceful grounds and gardens, and hopefully, warmer weather.

Those attending the day are invited to a session of meditation in the morning with an introduction to the methods we use and spirit recommend. The morning is then followed by a lunch and visitors are then free to take in the peace of the gardens, discuss spiritual matters or share their beliefs and interests with others. There are always members of the foundation available to help with any questions or personal concerns. The afternoon comprises a 1 hour lecture with a break for tea, followed by a question and answer session on any subject that is of interest.

All meetings and seminars are recorded and if you would like a tape or CD please let us know. For 2006 we are holding a Sunday Retreat Day on 10th September.
Everyone is welcome regardless of their religion, beliefs, race or colour.
The cost for the day is £5, including a generous lunch and teas, coffees, etc. Please contact us to book a place.

If you would like to skip lunch and come for either the morning or afternoon session there is no charge for this, but please still let us know so that we have an idea of numbers.
