Spiritual Healing

All data of those who come for spiritual healing in the Healing Clinic is kept on file, on computers, and any paper records are locked away and made safe for the purpose of complete confidentiality.

It is the practise of all healers, and those working within the Healing Clinic, to maintain confidentiality, and not to look at any confidential records unless it is for the purpose of the professional work that is undertaken.

All healers, and those acting on behalf of the healers within the Clinic, are instructed in how The Erasmus Foundation puts into practise its healing.

Events/Meetings

All data is held in a password protected folder on a computer that is also password protected.

What personal data we process for spiritual healing

• Date(s) of attending the Healing Clinic.
• Condition(s) for which spiritual healing is given.
• Any feedback on the spiritual healing received.
• Appointments made for healing will require a name, date and time only.

What personal data we process to inform you of our events/meetings

Name, email address, or address if not on email

How we source your personal data for spiritual healing

• Personal consent, directly from you in the Healing Clinic at the time of your appointment.
• Consent for children aged 13 and under is required from a parent or guardian in the Healing Clinic at the time of the appointment.

How we source your personal data to inform you of our events/meetings

• Directly from you at the time of your healing appointment.
• Request from you by phone or email or when attending a meeting or event.

What we use your personal data for

• As a record of the spiritual healing that is given.
• To inform you of any events and meetings.

Withdrawing Consent

• Data records of spiritual healing will be kept for 7 years to comply with our legal obligations.
• Data given for events/meetings can be unsubscribed/removed from our records at any time.
• You have the right to request sight of your personal data healing record at any time.
• We take all appropriate technical steps to protect your data.
